Collection: Krug

Krug Champagne has a rich history dating back to 1843 when it was founded by Johann-Joseph Krug, a German immigrant from Mainz. After learning the trade at Champagne Jacquesson, he established his own Champagne House in Reims, France. Krug was known for his innovative approach to blending, aiming to create a unique and luxurious Champagne experience.

The house remained in the Krug family for generations, with each successor contributing to its prestige. Notably, in 1971, Henri and Rémi Krug expanded the vineyards, including the famous Clos du Mesnil. Today, Krug is part of the LVMH Moët Hennessy – Louis Vuitton S.E. portfolio, but the Krug family continues to play a significant role in its operations.

Krug Champagne is celebrated for its dedication to quality and its distinctive, complex flavors, making it one of the most esteemed Champagne houses in the world.
