1) All sales are final and non-refundable. 2) There are a few options of shipping choices:

Hours Delivery within a day before 8 PM               $150.00–$250.00, Rate of $ 30.00 SGD
Made to Order within hours - Urgent Shipment    $30.00–$250.00, Rate of $ 30.00 SGD 
Standard delivery of 3-5days                                  $80.00 and up, Rate of $ 15.00 SGD
Thank You for Your Orders >=$250                        $250.00 and up    - Free    

3) No refunds are allowed. The product vintage is subject to change without notice.

4) All orders will not be finalized until an invoice is issued and/or a confirmation email or WhatsApp message is sent from the seller to the buyer.

5) Packaging will be in standard packages, such as bottles, cases of 6, or cases of 12. For any special requests, please email the sender at Info@winehours.com

6) All orders will be shipped by a local driver. We are not responsible for any damage during transportation.

7)International Shipment: Transportation prices vary by country and will be quoted once products are purchased. It is mandatory to purchase insurance for any international shipping.
