Refund policy
All Sales are Final and Non-Refundable.
Transaction processing fees are non-refundable, even if your order is canceled or refunded. A 10% cancellation fee, based on the total order cost, will be applied for any cancellations. There are also non-refundable fees covered by the platform and/or handling system.
International orders do not include insurance costs, and all sales are final and non-refundable once the items leave the warehouse. The recipient is fully responsible for any duties and taxes due upon delivery in the destination country.
Additionally, the recipient must be able to accept the alcohol shipment from WINETOGOUSA at the destination country
WINETOGOUSA is not liable for any returns from customs in the destination country. As the seller, we are responsible for shipping the product, but the recipient takes full responsibility for accepting the shipment upon arrival in the destination country
In order to qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that the return is subject to approval by the seller. All Sales are Final.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
All Sales are Final. No-Refund is allowed.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exceptional case:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
