Collection: Domaine De Chevalier

Domaine de Chevalier, located in the Pessac-Léognan appellation of Bordeaux, dates back to the 18th century, though significant viticulture began in the 19th century under Arnaud Ricard, who also owned Château Malartic-Lagravière. From 1900 to 1945, it was managed by Gabriel Beaumartin, and after severe frosts in 1945, replanting was necessary. The Ricard family continued stewardship until 1983, when the estate was sold to the Bernard family, known for their Cognac business. Olivier Bernard, just 23 at the time, took over and led major expansions and modernizations, including vineyard enlargement, replanting, and facility upgrades. Today, Domaine de Chevalier is renowned for both its red and white wines and remains family-run, with Olivier Bernard joined by his wife Anne and sons Adrien and Hugo.
