Wonderfully exotic with dried apple, some tropical fruit, green mango and light salted caramel. White pepper, too. So much going on. Full-bodied with dried pineapple and phenolic tension, together with pear blossom, thyme and jasmine. Salinity. A six-barrel selection of only Wente clone from Hyde. 40-year-old vineyard. 2022 release. Drink or hold.
