Domaines Ott was founded in 1896 by Marcel Ott, an agricultural engineer from Alsace, who sought to revive vineyards in Provence that had been devastated by phylloxera. Over the years, the family established three iconic estates—Château de Selle, Clos Mireille, and Château Romassan—each producing distinctive rosés that reflect their terroir. Today, Domaines Ott is celebrated worldwide as a benchmark for elegant Provençal rosé, recognized for its amphora-shaped bottles and commitment to organic farming, blending more than a century of tradition with modern precision.
