Ingredients
- 2 pounds chuck beef
- 1 packet Lipton beefy onion soup mix
- 1/4 cup water
Step 1
- Preheat grill to medium or medium-high heat.
- in a small bowl, add the water to the soup mix and whisk until fully combined.
Step 2
- In a large bowl, add ground chuck and the soup mixture to combine.
- Form the patties, about 1/4 to a 1/2-inch thick.
Step 3
- Grill the burgers about 3-4 minutes on each side, depending on personal preference.
- Add burgers to bun and assemble as preferred.
