“Okie” Burger

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chuck beef
  • 1 packet Lipton beefy onion soup mix
  • 1/4 cup water

Step 1

  • Preheat grill to medium or medium-high heat.
  • in a small bowl, add the water to the soup mix and whisk until fully combined.

Step 2

  • In a large bowl, add ground chuck and the soup mixture to combine.
  • Form the patties, about 1/4 to a 1/2-inch thick.

Step 3

  • Grill the burgers about 3-4 minutes on each side, depending on personal preference.
  • Add burgers to bun and assemble as preferred.
